Avalanche!

Well, not really. . . but it's been a rough morning. Cowboy Luke and I made it to school through the sleet and blowing snow, and I had just settled into the office at around 10 when the phone rang.

School.

Turns out, there's been conjunctivitis going around, and Luke got it. So it was back to the battle to fetch him and bring him home where I am now. . .

Not that I'm complaining - I like Big Weather and am well kitted out for it - Danner boots (the best!),  a Carhartt jacket (with hood),  and the all-time greatest hat - the black watch cap. You can pick them up for as little as two bucks (that's for "seconds", for which I am a sucker in anything). Anyway, Steggy will have the anti-Valentine post up shortly, and I plan to circle back with another round of Low Fives (see previous post).
