Coach Goran Ivanisevic says Djokovic is "hungrier" after No. 2 finish

Novak Djokovic will be "even hungrier" next season following his finish at No. 2 in the rankings, according to one of his coaches, Goran Ivanisevic.
Rafael Nadal clinched the No. 1 ranking when the Serbian fell during the round robin competition of the ATP Finals. And despite a successful season that saw him win two Grand Slams and three other titles, Djokovic will begin his offseason training next week even more motivated, said his coach.

"You can see why he's won so many titles. He will now be even hungrier, finishing second," Ivansevic told Jutarnji. "We have a phenomenal co-operation and a brilliant relationship. Mentality and a common language help a lot."
Ivansevic began working with Djokovic at Wimbledon, joining his longtime coach Marian Vajda. Unlike this season when both coaches went to the Grand Slam events, Djokovic will now have a smaller team with him. Vadja will work with him during the Australian Open and French Open, while Ivanisevic will accompany him to the other two Grand Slam events.
Djokovic will start his offseason training at Monte Carlo, followed by an exhibition in Abu Dhabi.
