Coco Gauff inks deal to become global brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz

After topping Sportico's list of highest-earning female athletes for the third straight year, Gauff has added another luxury brand to her endorsement portfolio.

Days after topping Sportico's list of the world's highest-paid female athletes for the third straight year, Coco Gauff's endorsement portfolio is getting an even bigger boost.

The two-time Grand Slam champion and world No. 3 is the newest global ambassador for Mercedes-Benz, it was announced Monday

The German automaker announced Gauff's signing with a series of photos on social media that showcased the 21-year-old sitting in and on a four-door black Mercedes sedan while looking relaxed in a leather jacket and jeans. 

"Power. Precision. Play without limits," the post's caption read, with the brand saying it was proud to welcome Gauff to the family.

According to the aforementioned sports business publication, Gauff made $23 million off the court in 2025, putting her over the $30 million mark in total earnings for the second straight year.

Prior to capturing her second major title at Roland Garros in June, she departed the Roger Federer co-founded Team8 agency in favor to launch Coco Gauff Enterprises "powered" by WME, a move that Gauff said would allow her to take "greater ownership" of her career as "[she] continue[s] to grow as an athlete, entrepreneur and change-maker."

In a statement, Gauff said that her personal ethos aligns with Mercedes-Benz in that they "same drive and belief in pushing boundaries."

"For me, tennis has always been about more than just winning. It's about growth, passion and determination. That's why this partnership with Mercedes-Benz feels so special," she said.

Gauff joins Roger Federer as a global ambassador for Mercedes-Benz in tennis.
