Coming Attractions

Well, friends, I've got to bolt. Cowboy Luke "graduates" from his day camp today, up at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. Great camp, very diverse and utterly lacking the "future Masters of the Universe" quality that's so hard to avoid in Manhattan school and parenting circles.

We're going to add a few elements to TW shortly: one will be a Pets page, where we'll be able to post images of the tribe's various pets, and another will be a TW Tribe page, where you all can post information about yourselves, as our community continues to grow. Steggy, TennisWorld's Hillbilly Princess, has promised to help out with those efforts as well.

Remember, tomorrow is Steggy's birthday, she's turning 32. I'm asking her to take pictures of the tennis tournament being played in her honor (no, not the one in LA), which is offering one of the most arresting trophies I've seen yet.

You all know that Steggy's a foody, so I suggest that as a special birthday gift for her, you post a favorite recipe in the comments section. I'll kick things off and then you all take it from there.

Happy birthday, Steggy. Try to stay anything-but-sober and I expect you to file the first Battlefield Report on the results of your tournament.
