Federer and Muguruza celebrate at Wimbledon Ball

Every year, the winners of the title (and some guests) celebrate

Who would have thought that Roger Federer would attend the Wimbledon Champions Ball for an eighth time? The 35-year-old showed up in style alongside his wife Mirka and the women's champion Garbine Muguruza.

Before the men's final was decided, Muguruza openly admitted she wanted to dance with Federer:

Every year, Wimbledon winners (and finalists) attend the extravagant gala to close out the event, and the attendees did not disappoint with their black-tie attire.

During the night, Muguruza tried hard to get the eight-time Wimbledon champ to dance with her:

But it reportedly didn't happen. They both deserved a night out, and Federer even partied late into the night:

It makes sense that Federer was hungover, just look at the size of his personalized champagne bottle:

Thank you Moët & Chandon for this incredible gesture. I'm glad I could enjoy this #moetmoment with my team and family.👌🍾

The singles champions were the stars of the show. One half of the men's doubles winning team, Marcelo Melo, caught a moment with Federer:

While girl's doubles finalists Caty McNally and Whitney Osuigwe looked thrilled to meet both:

Until next year.
