Federer enjoys FC Basel win ahead of June return

The Swiss is playing in Stuttgart on June 14.

Roger Federer took advantage of his time away from the tour to watch his beloved FC Basel team win the Swiss Super League over FC St. Gallen. He even took his dad along for the game.

Federer wasn’t just sitting around cheering and clapping. The the 35-year-old also did some speaking.

The world No. 5 was pretty excited to be there:

And he even got a chance to practice his trophy holding:

Though he doesn't need much practice after winning three of the four tournaments he has played this year. Federer is set to play his first grass court match in Stuttgart next Wednesday.
