Say what you want about the sneakiness of a serve like that, but it's working for Monica Niculescu. The Romanian eased into the second round of the Miami Open 6-1, 6-2 over Tamara Zidasek on Thursday.

Niculescu, a former world No. 28, is ranked outside of the Top 100 and had to come through qualifying. Her hard work and tomfoolery is being rewarded with a clash against Garbine Muguruza.
