Each year, St. Petersburg hosts some of the best WTA players in the world for their first big event following the Australian Open. And each year, the stars attend the opening party with much extravaganza.

Bencic is the top seed at the WTA Premier event, followed by Kiki Bertens, Petra Kvitova and Johanna Konta (who lost in the first round).
