Lindsey Vonn's latest tennis connection: Hitting the slopes with Jannik Sinner
"It's hard to put into words how truly special it was for me to spend the day and ski with one of the greatest to ever do it," said the Italian of the U.S. Olympic champion.

Earlier this year, former Wimbledon finalist Sabine Lisicki shared that she received meaningful support and advice from Lindsey Vonn, a three-time Olympic medalist. The unlikely bond between the German tennis player and the American skier was forged after both were forced to overcome serious knee injuries.
Lindsey Vonn was a very important and inspiring person. We didn't know each other personally before, but she got in touch with me when I broke everything in my knee that can be broken. She had a very serious knee injury herself, and when you have someone like that and you can ask for advice, that's a great support. Sabine Lisicki
Vonn's connection to the tennis world hasn't stopped there. On Sunday, Top 10 player—and noted skier—Jannik Sinner revealed that the shared the slopes with the 37-year-old.
The bond between these two was forged not by injury, but by their shared sponsor, Rolex.
"What does excellence mean to you?" Sinner asks his ski-mate. "You always have to evolve," Vonn responds. "Every day is a new opportunity. You can have the world if you can juggle it all."
Ranked 12th on tour, and 14th in the Race to Turin, Sinner will need a final push in order to qualify for the season-ending championships being contested in his own country.
