Murray provides "Sport Relief" on British TV
Andy Murray's episode as a semi-clad guest on the BBC's Sports Relief show this week did not disappoint. The Indefatigable Artist Known as Muzz certainly did not get his so-called zzz despite appearing horizontal in a hotel bed for the duration of his for-charity appearance. Dare I say it: "Zig-a-zig-ahhh."
Come for the spoken-word recitation of Spice Girls songs. Stay for cameo maker Geri Halliwell Horner lifting up the hotel-room comforter and then, slightly disappointed, dropping it and saying, "He's got pants on." Definitely not standing by on that scene, mum Judy Murray was good-naturedly not quite having it:
Also in the episode, presenter Michael McIntyre egged on a blindfolded Murray to, by human touch, identify a certain pro tennis player he summoned into the room. Hilariously, and allegedly by smell itself, Murray positively identified the inbound pro as Tim Henman.

For his fans, this made for a splendid public showing by the Brit, who has largely disengaged on social media during his surgery recovery and ahead of returning to ATP action. (Case in point: At press time, he hadn't posted an original tweet since February 2, though he has popped in on some other channels as recently as, well, March 1.)
