Osaka plays the tourist in Osaka and Kyoto
After winning the title in Osaka on Saturday, Naomi Osaka is playing tourist in her own country. The 21-year-old shared photos from her journeys through Kyoto, a city about 30 miles from Osaka.
Osaka was the top seed at the WTA Premier event, didn't drop a set all week and dismissed Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova in the final, 6-2, 6-3.
It was her first time raising a trophy since winning the Australian Open in January, and her third time playing in the Osaka final. She enjoyed a trip to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Osaka as a well-earned reward.
Osaka chose to skip the WTA Premier in Wuhan this week. She's currently ranked No. 4.
