Paire dyes hair blonde in time for the French Open

The tennis world is pretty familiar with Benoit Paire. The 29-year-old Frenchman is known for his flashy shot-making, scattered outbursts of racquet-breaking anger and, most recently, for upsetting Novak Djokovic in Miami.

In recent months, the one-time ATP champion and four-time finalist has been sporting a full, bushy beard.

And while he tends to wear a hat, he's quite clearly blessed with thick, brown hair.

But every now and then, every brunette wonders... do blondes have more fun? Now, the former world No. 18 is finding out.

He only dyed his hair, leaving his beard untouched by the potent bleach. Paire, now ranked No. 50, has pulled off the look just in time for his home Slam in Paris, where many eyes will be closely watching him and his now-blonde mane.

This type of statement deserves a look at from more angles.

People are already taking notice:

Stay tuned for Paire's first match as a blonde when the French Open starts on Sunday. His best result in Paris has been third-round showings in 2013 and 2015.
