Pliskova, Yastremska help deliver coffee, groceries (safely)
As the coronavirus pandemic continues to impact cities, economies and people all over the globe, players have been doing their part to help. They're social distancing, staying positive online, donating money and even offering to help those who need it most.
Two WTA pros have quite literally stepped up to get sustenance to those on the frontlines of the virus and families affected. Karolina Pliskova—in what appears to be a homemade mask—picked up coffee and took it (safely) to nearby fire station.
Over in Odessa, Ukraine, Dayana Yastremska helped put together 1,000 grocery sets for grandparents, children and families.
With many more weeks of this ordeal ahead of us, expect to see a ton more good being done all over the world.
