Robert Lewandowski leads congratulations of Roland Garros champ Iga Swiatek

The footballer was on hand to surprise the world No. 1 after she won her second major title, plus Alexandr Dolgopolov shouted out Swiatek for her words on Ukraine and more from social media.

Iga Swiatek got one last big surprise after winning her second Roland Garros title, climbing into the stands to find legendary Polish footballer Robert Lewandowski waiting to give her a congratulatory hug.

Swiatek needed little more than an hour to dispatch major finals debutante Coco Gauff, 6-1, 6-3, and has officially kicked off a victory lap that continued on social media.

Ukraineโ€™s Alexandr Dolgopolov was especially appreciative of Swiatekโ€™s impassioned words on the continued Russian invasion. Dolgopolov joined the war effort when the conflict began in February, and has advocated for his home country at home and online.
