Roland Garros CC, Day 4

Mornin', all. Today is the big day, the match between Wozniack(i). That is, Alexandra Wozniak of Canada going up against Polemark's Caroline Wozniacki, whom fate has favored over Wozniak with slightly more than one additional consonant.
That match will kick off the Day 4 action on Court Philippe Chatrier, after which Guillaume Rufin of France gets a chance to build up his street cred at home in a meeting with Gael "Big Shot" Monfils. Has the shoe company retired that wack Monfils ad yet? Please say yes. . .
The most intriguing match on the schedule, in my mind, is Vera Zvonareva's meeting with Sabine Lisicki. Zvonareva's record in Paris is surprisingly uneven, and Lisicki is on the comeback trail. On the ATP side, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga might have all he can handle in Russia's Igor Andreev, who's likely to keep Tsonga out there for a long, long time—something the No. 17-seeded Frenchman doesn't seem all that interested in doing most of the time.
Enjoy the matches, I'll have a red-meat post later on. . .
