Good morning. Please use this space to discuss the tennis going on in Paris today. We ask that you keep the subject focused on the tennis while the matches are going on. As usual we'll also be providing you with a series of Overflow posts to allow the conversation to continue flowing. Today's Order of Play contains the last first-round singles matches of the fortnight: Jelena Jankovic opens on Court Philippe Chatrier against Petra Cetkovska, followed by Novak Djokovic versus Nicolas Lapentti. Two Frenchmen - Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Julien Bennetteau - are next on the schedule. Svetlana Kuznetsova, Gael Monfils, Serena Willams and Fabrice Santoro are the stars headlining on Court Suzanne Lenglen. On Court 1 Juan Martin Del Potro opens against Michael Llodra. Further interesting matches on outside courts include Marcos Baghdatis up against Juan Monaco and Ivan Ljubicic versus former champion Juan Carlos Ferrero.

The weather forecast anticipates that today will be punctuated by heavy showers, and possibly lightning in the area around Roland Garros.
