Roland Garros Crisis Center, Day 7

Mornin' all. Dodged a bullet here; I forgot to set up an auto-post for today's crisis center and was just wondering which Mod Squadder to call at this hour (EST no less!) for help. Well, it turns out Air France has got their ducks in a row; they have a courtesy plug-in work station at the gate, where I am now, and I was able to open a one-day Internet access account with some outfit called Bongo, or Boingo, or Bodo or sumthin'. So here I am. And here is your CC for today.

I arrive in Paris at 9 PM and MarieJ kindly offered to pick me up at the airport. No wonder this chica is the reigning TW Poster-of-the-Year. This is such a nice gesture that I'm going to take MarieJ out to dinner when we get to town. I've become a daytime flyer to Europe - it's the only time I can avoid that awful "sleep two hours and sit around on a cold, damp morning at some danged cafe, waiting for hours to check into the hotel" thing. I'm not a jet-lag type, but that night flight to Europe is  killer - gets me every time. Problem solved. Have you ever flown from a major airport at 7 AM on a Saturday? It's awesome. Not a soul around.

Full on blogging begins Sunday morning, with a bare-bones CC to tide you over until I get rolling out there.
