Serena makes first public appearance since having baby
The new mom presented her friend with a Glamour woman of the year
Serena Williams made her first official public appearance on Monday night (not counting her Snapchat documentation, of course). The new mom presented her good friend Gigi Hadid with the Supernova award at the Glamour**Magazine Women of the Year Awards in New York City.
She wore a Versace dress that the 22-year-old model has worn on the Milan Fashion Week runway.
Williams gave a touching speech about the supermodel, who couldn't have been more thrilled.
The special night marked the 36-year-old's first red carpet since giving birth to her daughter, Alexis Olympia Jr., just 10 weeks ago.
