Svitolina plays quiz master and tour guide in Singapore

Her breakout 2017 season is nothing to be ashamed of.

Elina Svitolina may be dangerously close to being eliminated from the WTA Finals in Singapore, but her breakout 2017 is nothing to be ashamed of.

In a fun quiz, the world No. 4 was tasked with naming this year's winners of various WTA tournaments:

The 23-year-old took home five titles in 2017, including three WTA Premier 5's. First, there was Taipei City, where she only dropped one set.

Then Dubai, where she beat both Angelique Kerber and Caroline Wozniacki in straights.

In Istanbul, she overcame a first-round bagel set against a Russian qualifier to eventually grab the title.

On to Rome, where she defeated fellow WTA Finals competitors Karolina Pliskova, Garbine Muguruza and Simona Halep consecutively.

And finally, Toronto, where she beat took out Singapore qualifiers Venus Williams, Muguruza, Halep and Wozniacki.

All of this earned her a spot in her first WTA Finals, where she got to play tour guide for the day:

Though she lost her first two matches of the year-end championships (to Wozniacki and Caroline Garcia), Svitolina still has a slim chance of advancing to the semifinals.
