Top 5 Photos 10/21: Sakkari secures fourth Top-5 win



The action is heating up in Europe with the ladies competing in a WTA International in Ostrava, while the men are vying for titles in Cologne and Antwerp.

Maria Sakkari

The 25-year-old Greek cruised past Ostrava's No. 1 seed Elina Svitolina 6-3, 6-3. Sakkari matched Svitolina's consistency level, but also revealed a deeper selection of shots than the Ukrainian, which ultimately gave her the upper hand. Sakkari is through to her third quarterfinal showing of the season.

Alexander Zverev

The German is now on a five-match winning streak after claiming his first title in Cologne's first of two ATP 250 events last week. The US Open finalist continued to roll on his home soil by edging past John Millman, 6-0, 3-6, 6-4. He's also in the doubles draw with his big brother Mischa.

Grigor Dimitrov

Following his fourth-round run at Roland Garros, Dimitrov picked up another solid win, this time over Pablo Andujar.  The No. 4 seed lost the opening set, but stayed focused on the task at hand to ultimately post a 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 score to advance in Antwerp.

Dan Evans

For the first time since February, the Brit managed to capture two consecutive wins. After a three-set win in his opening round, Evans took out American Frances Tiafoe, 7-6 (3), 6-2, to book his ticket into the Antwerp quarterfinals.

Milos Raonic

The Canadian advanced into the last eight in Antwerp after dismissing world No. 52 Aljaz Bedene 6-3, 7-6 (4). Raonic cracked 17 aces and won 91 percent of points when he landed his first serve in. The No. 5 seed will next face Cameron Norrie for a spot in the ATP 250's semifinals.
