In their first career meeting, Maria Sakkari slipped past No. 1 seed Belinda Bencic, 2-6, 6-4, 6-3. In her first semifinal of the year, the world No. 21 will take on Elena Rybakina in St. Petersburg.

Felix Auger-Aliassime continued to rack up points for his #FAAPointsforChange campaign. The 19 year old defeated Aljaz Beden, 6-4 ,7-6 (6), to advance to the Rotterdam semifinals. After easily dismissing Grigor Dimitrov on Wednesday, he continues to play aggressively and build off the momentum.

Defending champion Kiki Bertens posted a 6-4, 7-6 (3) win over Russian qualifier Anastasia Potapova. The No. 2 seed will now face Ekaterina Alexandrova in the other St. Petersburg semifinal.

Saving two match points, Spain's Pablo Carreno Busta was able to come out on top against Jannik Sinner. In two hours and 45 minutes, the Spaniard edged past the Italian teen, 7-5, 3-6, 7-6 (6), to secure his semifinal spot in Rotterdam.

That's seven straight wins for Gael Monfils, who looked unstoppable on Friday. The Frenchman soared past Dan Evans, 7-6 (5), 6-2, and is into the last four in Rotterdam. Monfils is now just two wins away from completing his title defense.
