Iga Swiatek

The 19-year-old is enjoying another great week Down Under in Adelaide. Swiatek looked dominate in her quarterfinal matchup against Danielle Collins as the world No. 18 wasn't afraid to put balls away and step into the court as she raced to a 6-2, 3-0 lead. Due to a back injury, Collins was forced to retire, giving Swiatek a ticket into the WTA 500 semifinal.

Hubert Hurkacz

After taking an opening round loss at the first major of the year, the world No. 30 wasn't able to regain any momentum in Singapore against Alejandro Davidovich Fokina. Despite the Spanish player rolling his ankle early in the second set, it seemed to affect Hurkacz more than Davidovich Fokina as he would fall, 7-5, 6-2.
