US Open Day 8 Looks: Mertens dominates in Lotto Sport

Day eight at the US Open not only brought more spectacular tennis, but also wilder court attire. These are the Top 3 court looks from New York.

1

Elise Mertens

The Belgian surged past American Kristie Ahn 6-1, 6-1, and into her first US Open quarterfinal appearance. Mertens wore an eye-catching Lotto two-piece outfit that's definitely unique.

2

Julia Goerges

The German had a chance to reach her second Grand Slam quarterfinal on Monday. Goerges even had a match point, but eventually fell, 6-7 (5), 7-5, 6-3, to Donna Vekic in the round of 16. The world No. 30 was outfitted in a form-fitting pink Ascics tank paired with a white skirt.

3

Diego Schwartzman

Schwartzman upset Alexander Zverev, 3-6, 6-2, 6-4, 6-3, to advance to the quarterfinals in New York. The Argentine wore a vibrant green and blue Fila outfit he paired with a white hat—flipped backwards of course.
