Venus partners with American Express in new US open ad
New in 2018, US Open sponsor American Express partnered with Venus Williams to provide fans with the best Open experience ever thanks to new technology and fan engagements.
In a new digital content series released two weeks prior to the start of the New York major, Williams starred in a commercial for American Express, teasing the new perks.
“Whether you’re a casual fan or have been attending the US Open for a decade, our goal is to deliver essential benefits and innovative experiences that enhance the overall Championship experience and reflect our brand’s best-in-class service platform,” said Deborah Curtis, Vice President of Global Experiences and Partnerships for American Express.

Venus has also starred in a new commercial for her summer outfits for her clothing line, Eleven by Venus.
The 38-year-old is defending a semifinalist finish at the US Open this year.
