WATCH: Kyrgios shows full range of unbelievable returns

Nick Kyrgios wins only 13.9 percent of his return games—90th on the ATP. But, in his three-set win in Moscow over 20-year-old Russian Andrey Rublev, Kyrgios pulled off two of the craziest returns of serve you'll see all season.

First, up 3-0 and 15-15, the Aussie charged in on a 128-mph Rublev serve, sliding into the service line to pick up a backhand and push it past Rublev before he even had a chance to react:

Then, in the same game, he wound up and crushed a forehand return so fast that it was a winner despite going right down the middle of the court:

His tweener, however, wasn't as effective:

Kyrgios went on to win the match, in which he hit 25 aces, 6-3, 4-6, 6-4.

Seeded fifth, Kyrgios still has a lot more young Russian talent to deal with on the bottom half of the draw, with a potential quarterfinal against Karen Khachanov and semifinal with Daniil Medvedev.

But first, he'll have to get past Bosnia's Mirza Basic in the second round.
