Ons Jabeur nabbed the Prankster Princess crown at the 2022 WTA Finals Media Day when she freaked the eff out of both world No. 1 Iga Swiatek and Caroline Garcia during their pre-tournament interviews.
Swiatek, who vanquished Jabeur in the US Open final last month, took the spook in stride, asking fans to guess just who pulled the prank, but Paula Badosa was quick to clock the talented Tunisian behind the mask:
The WTA is on the verge of a full-on prank war that started last week when Badosa herself pulled one on good friend Aryna Sabalenka, tipping off restaurant staff that it was the former world No. 2’s birthday (it wasn’t).
