WATCH: Paris players dress up for creepy Halloween video
It appears the players of the Paris Masters are trying to give fans nightmares, or at least that's one interpretation.
Ten ATP stars made a special Halloween video for the tournament's YouTube channel, and the result is right on the line between fun and creepy:
In the video, the players wore scary masks and spoke in disturbing voices to hide their identity. Then, at the end, they revealed their faces to wish the audience a happy Halloween.
Dominic Thiem and Matteo Berrettini wore a green skull mask:

Alexander Zverev and Gael Monfils each looked like Pennywise from It:

Denis Shapovalov and Stefanos Tsitsipas donned a cobwebbed fedora:

Nicolas Mahut and Pierre-Hugues Herbert, respectively, had a knife and a pair scissors through their heads. They also got academic about the topic at hand:

And Karen Khachanov and Grigor Dimitrov had burned and bloodied faces:

Also on Halloween, in one of the biggest wins of the Paris tournament, Dimitrov defeated Thiem in straight sets, 6-3, 6-2. In the quarterfinals, Dimitrov will face Cristian Garin.
