WATCH: Serena ducks in Wimbledon mixed doubles match

Serena Williams and Andy Murray mounted the crowd-pleasing mixed-doubles opener that everyone expected. Along the way, and at net, Serena found herself in a proverbial "pickle."

The pair claimed a straight-sets victory in their virgin voyage on court alongside each other, and at Wimbledon of all places.

"We're still young in our relationship on the court," Serena said with a hearty chuckle in their post-match interview, "so still a lot to learn."
