Morning, all.  As you all know by now, shockwaves continue to be felt as far away as Ulan Bator over the Wimbledon committee's decision to seed Andy Murray in a derisory 12th place for the upcoming Gentlemen's Singles at Wimbledon.  Murray, Prime Minister Gordon Brown, US Secretary of Defense Robert Gates, Russian goal scorer Roman Pavlyuchenko and film star Anne Hathaway have all put out supportive press statements, confirming their independent view that the Scottish superstar should have been seeded .... 11th.  Murray, bravely attempting to quell the storm, said  "I feel I am one of the top grass-court players but because I missed Wimbledon I'm going to lose out which I think is a little bit tough.  I think it should just be done on the rankings, which is much easier."

Tribe members are invited to ponder the impact of this travesty.  Last year, scadloads of rain.  This year, a seeding controversy.  Apparently, Robin Soderling could not be reached for comment.

Your Call is the daily thread specifically for the purpose of getting together on the cyber-sofa to discuss or call ongoing matches, and go off-topic if you like as well.  Enjoy all tennis-related activities!
